Laura Klein’s involvement with lean startup is from the very beginning. But it was quite by accident. With decades of experience in user design she was working with Eric Ries about five years ago when he came out with The Lean Startup. Now Laura applies those same methodologies to her current work helping corporations manage and understand valuable user insights as they steer innovation.
